About Us
A Living Jewish Education
From ancient times to today, Jewish life has endured because we’ve passed our heritage from generation to generation. At Chabad Hebrew School of North Phoenix, we take this sacred responsibility to heart. As parents and educators, we know that choosing the right Hebrew School means giving your child more than just knowledge—it means instilling pride, love, and a lifelong connection to Judaism and the Land of Israel.
Our School
Our program is designed for children ages 5–12 who may not be receiving a full-time Jewish education elsewhere. With interactive lessons, hands-on workshops, and a nurturing environment, we make Judaism come alive. Each child experiences Hebrew School as a positive, joyful, and meaningful chapter in their growing years.
Our Approach
Judaism is beautiful, warm, and alive—and that’s exactly how we teach it.
With our unique educational style, students don’t just learn facts; they discover the depth and joy of their heritage in a way that speaks to their hearts.
-
Jewish values and mitzvot are taught as practical, guiding principles
-
Kindness, respect, and tolerance are emphasized as core elements of Jewish life
-
Students develop confidence and a proud sense of Jewish identity
Our Philosophy
We welcome every Jewish family, no matter their background, level of observance, or prior affiliation. Our school is a place where every child belongs, and parents can feel at home knowing their child is receiving a traditional yet approachable Jewish education that celebrates unity and community.
Our Atmosphere
The heart of our school is its warmth and vibrancy. Lessons are filled with joy, song, and hands-on experiences—from Shabbat dinners and Havdalah ceremonies to field trips, holiday workshops, contests, drama, and arts & crafts.
This approach ensures that your child doesn’t just learn about Judaism—they live it, experience it, and love it.
